499bit Terms & Conditions

1 Age Requirement

The Platform is strictly available to persons aged 21 years or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. 499bit conducts age verification checks at registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited balance will be returned subject to verification.

2 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts
• Forfeiture of all bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings
• Withholding of withdrawals pending a full account review

3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 499bit may request documentary proof of identity, address, and payment method ownership at any time as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. 499bit will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

5 Accepted Payment Methods

499bit accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transaction amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods.

6 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are credited to your 499bit account balance instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take between 1 and 6 hours to be credited, depending on your banking institution. 499bit does not charge any platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.

7 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for bKash and Nagad under normal operating conditions. You may only withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name. 499bit reserves the right to request identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

8 Currency

All balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 499bit does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any attempted deposit in a foreign currency will be declined by the payment processor.

9 Fraud Prevention

499bit employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. If we detect or suspect fraudulent activity — including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment instruments, collusion, or bonus abuse — we reserve the right to suspend the relevant account, withhold pending withdrawals, and report the matter to the relevant financial institutions.

10 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the 499bit welcome bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000, plus 100 free spins. The welcome bonus is available to players aged 21 and above only. The bonus is credited automatically to your account upon qualifying deposit.

11 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 with a bonus of ৳1,000 requires a total wagering of ৳60,000 before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Individual promotional offers may carry different wagering requirements, which will be stated at the time of the promotion.

12 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns — including low-risk hedging strategies designed to systematically convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash — constitutes bonus abuse. 499bit reserves the right to void bonus funds, void bonus-derived winnings, and close the accounts of players found to be engaged in bonus abuse, at its sole discretion.

13 Promotion Availability

All promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players and 499bit reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotional offer at its discretion. Players enrolled in a self-exclusion programme are ineligible for all promotional offers.

14 Game Integrity

All casino games offered on the 499bit Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently tested to ensure genuinely random and unbiased outcomes. Crash games, including Aviator by Spribe, use provably fair cryptographic algorithms. 499bit does not manipulate game outcomes in any way, and no strategy or system can reliably influence the outcome of any game.

15 Sportsbook Betting Rules

All sports wagers placed on the 499bit sportsbook are governed by the specific rules of the relevant sport and competition. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) shall be final and binding. Bets placed on suspended, void, or abandoned events will be settled according to the standard rules for that sport as published on the Platform.

16 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a connection failure during a live game round, the outcome of the round will be determined by the game's server-side record. 499bit is not liable for any losses resulting from network interruption on the player's side. If a technical error occurs on the server side that prevents a game round from completing, the round will be voided and the wager returned to the player's balance.

17 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors or technical glitches for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform for illicit financial activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Platform

18 Suspension by 499bit

499bit reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player has provided false or misleading registration information; (c) the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; or (d) it is necessary to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements. In the event of closure for cause, 499bit may withhold any balance pending investigation.

19 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting 499bit support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification. Accounts closed under a self-exclusion request are subject to the specific terms of the Responsible Gaming policy.

20 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if the player has not logged in or placed any wager for a continuous period of 12 months. 499bit reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 against dormant account balances, or to close the dormant account and return any remaining balance to the last verified payment method on record, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address.

21 Platform Availability

499bit makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, technical outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental action, or telecommunications failures.

22 Extent of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 499bit's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 499bit shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

23 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds you deposit on the Platform. You accept full personal responsibility for all wagers placed from your account. You confirm that you are not gambling with funds that you cannot afford to lose, and that your participation is voluntary and for entertainment purposes.

24 Ownership of Content

All content on the 499bit Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game assets, and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to 499bit and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only.

25 Prohibited Use of Content

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 499bit. Unauthorised use of 499bit's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

26 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a wager, game outcome, bonus, or account transaction, you should first contact 499bit support at [email protected]. Our support team will respond within 3 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and aims to resolve all disputes within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate your complaint in writing by replying to the original support correspondence.

27 Finality of Decisions

All decisions made by 499bit regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the outcome of game rounds, the validity of wagers, and the settlement of promotional disputes are final and binding, subject only to the formal complaints escalation process described above. 499bit's decisions are made in good faith and based on the server-side records of the Platform, which are the definitive record of all activity.

28 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
